<p>PURPOSE: A device and a method for scheduling the lubrication of a robot are provided to improve work efficiency by accurately informing a worker of the lubrication time of lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION: A device for scheduling the lubrication of a robot comprises a reference information registering unit(110), a scheduling data computing unit(120), a lubrication monitoring unit(130), a message generating unit(140), and a signal generating unit(150). The scheduling data computing unit computes the moving distance of a robot and computes the total moving distances of components of the robot. The lubrication monitoring unit determines the lubrication time of each component by comparing a lubrication reference distance registered in the reference information registering unit with the computed total moving distance. The message generating unit generates a notice message for requesting lubrication. The signal generating unit generates a warning signal for requesting lubrication.</p> |
