According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, provided is a piezo-electric ceramic composite prepared by combining piezo-electric ceramic and a graphene oxide, According to the present invention, the piezo-electric ceramic composite has flexibility while maintaining piezo-electric efficiency of a piezo-electric ceramic material, and has thermal stability and fatigue resistance despite constant usage.
