摘要 <p>The method comprises laser irradiating a zone of a glass article (1) to be colored, and annealing the irradiated glass. A glass composition includes cerium and has a total content of antimony plus tin that is less than 100 ppm. The step of laser irradiating is performed with laser irradiation having a pulse duration that is = 10-11 seconds, while delivering power to the glass at greater than 10 1> 2>-5x 10 1> 4> W/cm 2>. The glass composition is oxidized by the glass passing along a delivery channel having an oxidizing atmosphere including an increased presence of oxygen. The method comprises laser irradiating a zone of a glass article (1) to be colored, and annealing the irradiated glass. The irradiation step is performed with a laser (3) having a wavelength of 750-1200 nm and pulse duration that is 500 fs to 6 ps. A beam (2) from the laser passes through an optical focusing system (5). The laser has an overlap ratio, and the overlap ratio of the laser is caused to vary during the irradiation step to modify the strength of the coloring of a colored pattern (11) on the glass article to be decorated. The irradiation step is combined with a step of moving the beam from the laser or of moving the glass article to be decorated at a marking speed to make the colored pattern in a controlled manner over long distances. The marking speed is greater than 4 mm 2>/seconds. The annealing step comprises placing the irradiated glass article in an enclosure at a temperature of 300-700[deg] C for a duration of greater than 10 minutes.</p>
