<p>The present invention relates to a device for testing the durability of a stabilizer and a testing method thereof. Disclosed is a device for testing the durability of a stabilizer including an actuator connected to both ends of the stabilizer, vertically exciting the stabilizer, and moving the stabilizer as much as a stroke of a bound/rebound of a vehicle; a fixing jig fixating the position of the stabilizer; a strain gauge attached to the stabilizer and measuring the strain due to the displacement of the stabilizer generated by the movement of the stabilizer; a calibration calculating unit calculating a calibration value indicating a rate of change in the strain due to the displacement of the stabilizer based on the displacement and strain of the stabilizer; a random waveform measuring unit measuring random transformed waveforms based on the calibration value during measuring road load data of an actual vehicle; a revival file generating unit generating a revival file to generate the transformed waveforms when the actuator excites the stabilizer; and a test control unit controlling the durability test of the stabilizer by receiving the revival file as the final operation file of the actuator.</p> |
