The present invention relates to a high efficiency LED lighting apparatus based on waterproof function and to a hybrid remote control apparatus for controlling the same. The high efficiency LED lighting apparatus based on waterproof function includes a combination type LED module including first to n^th external LED units; a tentacle type heat radiation unit which is formed in a container type to be extended to the lower side of a housing which is formed outside the combination type LED module. The present invention provides the high efficiency LED lighting apparatus having high efficiency of heat radiation property and a hybrid remote control apparatus which utilize external characteristic when the high efficiency LED lighting apparatus is installed in a humid region. Also, the present invention provides an effect of improving energy efficiency by integrating a space where a light source is irradiated.
