Disclosed is an organic light emitting device capable of increasing a lifetime thereof which includes a first electrode, a second electrode which faces the first electrode, a light emitting layer which is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an electron transport layer which is interposed between the light emitting layer and the second electrode. The electron transport layer includes a first electron transport material and a second electron transport material. The energy level (EL1) of the LUMO of the first electron transport material and the energy level (EL2) of the LUMO of the second electron material satisfy 0.1eV = ¦EL1EL2¦ = 0.3eV.
