Provided is a feeding and leveling system to move and level a long flexible PCB strip on the top surface of a machining platform of a flexible PCB drilling machine. The feeding and leveling system comprises: a driving mechanism (3); a feeding mechanism (4) that can move to clamp a strip (900); a leveling mechanism (5) including a roller (53) that can move to roll the strip (900) disposed on a machining platform (800); and two rows of positioning mechanisms (6) that are respectively disposed on both sides of the machining platform (800) and can move toward the machining platform (800) to clamp the strip (900) between the two positioning mechanisms (6) and between the positioning mechanism (6) and the machining platform (800).
