<p>The present invention relates to a smart management system of a moored ship and a method thereof. The smart management system of a moored ship according to the present invention comprises an information storage tag issued and attached to a moored ship or a vicinity thereof and storing initial management request information of the moored ship; a portable smart communication device having a control unit recognizing the information storage tag by using a near-field communication (NFC) scheme, checking whether the initial management request information has been changed, and transmitting the current management state information including the current image information of the moored ship collected based on recent management request information to an information communication device of a ship management requester according to pre-set information transmission methods by using a portable communication device of a moored ship manager, and a moored ship management server receiving the collected current management state information from the portable smart communication device by using a portable communication unit and storing the same.</p> |
