<p>PURPOSE: A personalization process management device and a method thereof are provided to offer a variety of customized service while safely managing the personal information of a user at a mobile application service environment by restricting the providing range of user profile based on a personalization process policy. CONSTITUTION: A collection management part (120) collects user data generated according to the use of the personalizing service of a mobile terminal user. A detecting part (130) detects the user extraction information corresponding to an extraction range corresponding to a mobile terminal among user data. A profiling management part (140) generates user profile based on the user extraction information. A privacy management part (150) restricts the providing range of the user profile based on the personalization process policy stored at the mobile terminal.
