<p>The present invention relates to a device for separating fluorescent paste resin and automatically cleaning a syringe used in an LED package manufacturing process capable of cleaning a syringe used in an LED package manufacturing process to make the syringe recyclable and separating only fluorescent paste resin in the cleaning process. The device is formed by including a clamp transfer unit transferring a syringe collecting unit picked through elevating and falling motions; a first cleaner cleaning a syringe received in the syringe collecting unit picked by the clamp transfer unit by using methyl alcohol; a second cleaner cleaning the syringe received in the syringe collecting unit transferred via the second cleaner by the clamp transfer unit by using acetone and ultrasonic waves and at this time, collecting the fluorescent paste resin being desorbed and melt in the bottom; a third cleaner cleaning the syringe received in the syringe collecting unit transferred via the second cleaner by the clamp transfer unit by using water; a dryer drying the syringe received in the syringe collecting unit transferred via the third cleaner by the clamp transfer unit by applying air; and a controller automatically controlling transfer and pickup operations of the clamp transfer unit transferring the syringe collecting unit into the first, second, and third cleaners and the dryer by picking up the collecting unit and cleaning and drying operations of the syringe of the syringe collecting unit inserted by being picked up.</p> |
