<p>The device has a heat insulating element including a multi-walled, transparent or translucent alveolar complex (3) having an outer wall (31) parallel to another outer wall, and longitudinal cells (37) formed between the two walls. The complex is fixed to a plastic material sheet (2) so as to allow the covering of the plastic material sheet over two ribbed sheets of a cover, by fitting the sheet with each of the ribbed sheets of the cover respectively in a direction parallel to ribs (25) and in a direction perpendicular to the ribs.
