The present invention relates to a composition for removing genetically modified microorganisms or a recombinant DNA in soil, soil slurry, a water system environment or an oxygen-free environment by using Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus HD 100 whose registration number is BX842601.2 in NCBI Genbank and a removal method thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting the recombinant DNA transfer to indigenous microorganisms from the genetically modified microorganisms using the Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus HD 100 and a inhibiting method thereof.
