Disclosed are a method of sharing content in an electronic device, and an apparatus thereof. The electronic device includes a display and a processor. The processor displays content on the display and displays images and/or texts, received on the display, on the content for the parts of the images and texts to be overlapped. Also, the electronic device can transmit information representing the input with the information representing the content.
