The present invention relates to a foldable moving foot plate for a wheelchair mounted on the back of the wheelchair for a guardian to conveniently ride on. According to the present invention, a novel and a multifunctional connection bracket is realized, which is a combination of a fastening operation bracket and a mounting fixated bracket, and allows rotational mounting as well as lateral width adjustment. Accordingly, the present invention can be applied to various types of electric wheelchairs.
