The present invention relates to a transgenic silkworm including an antimicrobial peptide and a method for massively producing the transgenic silkworm including an antimicrobial peptide using the same and, more specifically, to the method comprising the steps of: manufacturing a recombinant expression vector including a gene construct connected to operate a marker gene controlling promoter, a marker gene, a promoter, and a BmRelish1t gene derived from silkworm; and making transgenic silkworm by using the recombinant expression vector. Therefore, the transgenic silkworm to produce silkworm with the antimicrobial peptide is manufactured and is used for making natural antibiotics and daily supplies such as domestic feed additives, cosmetic products, and toothpaste.
