摘要 The present invention relates to a device and method for removing chlorine from a high boiling-point decomposition material produced by the pyrolysis of a waste synthetic resin. The device of the present invention includes a heating means heating the high boiling-point decomposition material to improve the liquidity of the high boiling-point decomposition material; a high boiling-point decomposition material storing tank wherein the high boiling-point decomposition material heated by passing through the heating means flows to be stored while a gas evaporation space where the high boiling-point decomposition material is not filled is formed on the upper side of a decomposition material storing unit and having a gas outlet through which gas inside the gas evaporation space is discharged; and a vacuum pump lowering the pressure of a passage wherein the high boiling-point decomposition material heated by the heating means flows and the pressure of the gas evaporation space inside the high boiling-point decomposition material storing tank lower than air pressure. The present invention improves the liquidity of the high boiling-point decomposition material by heating the high boiling-point decomposition material and evaporates and separates chlorine from the high boiling-point decomposition material by lowering the pressure of the passage of the high boiling-point decomposition material lower than air pressure, thereby obtaining an effect of effectively and economically removing chlorine from the high boiling-point decomposition material contained in fuel oil produced by the pyrolysis of a waste synthetic resin.
