<p>The present invention relates to an outer lead bonder (OLB) terminal structure of a flexible printed circuit board which is connected to an LCD or LED display panel and, more particularly, to an OLB terminal structure of a flexible printed circuit board in which a conductive layer and an insulating layer forming a circuit pattern or a dummy pattern are sequentially stacked and a plurality of OLB terminal portions for electrically connecting a PCB board and a display panel are formed. The OLB terminal structure of a flexible printed circuit board comprises: a terminal portion projecting from one side of a circuit board in which a conductive layer and an insulating layer forming a circuit pattern or a dummy pattern are stacked and connected to a PCB board; a plurality of curved portions projecting from the other side of the circuit board and curved in one of the upper and lower directions; OLB terminal portions provided in the respective curved portions and connected to a display panel; a connection portion extending from the ends of the curved portions to connect the ends of the curved portions; and a first ground line formed in the longitudinal direction of the curved portions and the connection portion to stabilize the cumulative pitch of the OLB terminal portions, thereby reducing a failure rate due to connection failure by correctly bonding the OLB terminal portion, which is connected to the display panel, to a designated portion without deviation.</p> |
