The present invention relates to a jig for testing performance of a traction motor. More specifically, the jig for testing performance of a traction motor enables an easy and smooth performance test by allowing a rotator to be stably rotated in a traction motor performance test with a rotator support to support rotation of the rotator of a traction motor. The jig comprises: a cover having a rotator support receiving hole formed in the center thereof and multiple fastening holes which are formed to fasten at the edge thereof along the circumference; a rotator support which includes a coupling part of a disk shape and a support shaft protruding toward the external side surface of the coupling part, and has multiple fastening holes that are formed to fasten at the edge of the coupling part along the circumference and the coupling surface formed on the inner surface thereof; and a rotation motion support means including a bearing which is coupled to the support shaft to reduce friction resistance and to smoothen a rotation motion.
