<p>A carbon block filter for generating alkaline water according to the present invention comprises a carbon block (67) having a cavity (69) penetrating in the middle; and a plurality of alkaline particles (65) installed in the cavity (69). The present invention can obtain alkaline water that has good taste owing to the function of the carbon block (67) and contains various minerals owing to the function of the alkaline particles (65). The pH of the alkaline water can be adjusted to be 8 to 10 and approximately 14 in some cases by the proper selection of the alkaline particles (65) so that the alkaline water can be used for a medical purpose. In some cases, the alkaline water can be made to have an antibacterial function, far infrared ray radiation effects, anion emitting effects and taste improvement effects by adding various functional materials to the alkaline particles (65).</p> |
