The present invention relates to an apparatus for operating a note market between users in a device synchronizing-based note system and a method thereof. The apparatus for operating a note market between users gives users, who use a Somnote app provided to a user terminal, a reward such as cyber currency and reviews (for a new product) received by sponsors and provides the reviews received by users to a sponsor terminal. Also, the apparatus for operating a note market between users enables any users to trade a note they write by using the Somnote app provided to a purchaser terminal and a seller terminal, and receives certain amount of commission for the mediation. |
