The present invention relates to a laundry service system using remote-controllable automated laundry lockers and a method of the same. The present invention enables a user to get a laundry service using automated laundry lockers installed in the neighborhood without contacting people, and remotely controls the automated laundry lockers using a management server connected to the automated laundry lockers through a network, thereby simplifying the configuration of an automated laundry locker device as well as reducing required manpower and maintenance costs, and also promoting the distribution of an automated laundry service through shop automation. In addition, the present invention enables a user requesting a laundry service and an automated-shop operator collecting and delivering the laundry of the user to be linked to the management server through a dedicated smartphone application and get laundry services, thereby improving convenience of use. According to the present invention, the laundry service system comprises: an automated laundry locker device equipped with a plurality of automated laundry lockers for protecting laundry and installed in each residence area; an integrated management device connected to the automated laundry locker device through a network and remotely managing the opening/closing of the automated laundry lockers; a user terminal running a customer-dedicated application for a laundry service using the automated laundry lockers; and an automated-shop terminal running an automated-shop-dedicated application to provide the laundry service, and used for collecting and delivering the laundry in the automated laundry lockers. |
