<p>A portable terminal for inputting Hangul is provided to conveniently input Hangul in a touch screen through a user-friendly mode by using a touch or dragging. A touch screen includes consonant domains arranging a plurality of Hangul consonants and vowel domains arranging a plurality of Hangul vowels. When each domain is touched or dragged, a touch screen displays the touched or dragged consonant or vowel.
