The panel (1) has a formwork sheet (2) comprising a front formwork face and an opposite rear formwork face. A support structure is fixedly secured to the rear face, and a lifting element (7) of the form panel is connected to the support structure. The lifting element comprises a connection portion (75) to cooperate with a sling of a crane. The lifting element is configured to move between a lowered position (PB) in which the connection portion extends below an upper end of the formwork sheet and a raised position.
