本发明是一种含有有价金属之资源回收原料的处理方法,其特征为,具备以下制程:在内壁是使用耐火物,且该耐火物中的Al2O3-Cr2O3之含有率为70%以上的旋转窑炉(2)内,导入含有有价金属之资源回收原料(W)的制程、藉由在前述旋转窑炉(2)内导入以SiO2作为主成分之添加剂(A),来提高沿着前述内壁流动的炉渣(S)之黏性,且将前述资源回收原料(W),以在至少前述资源回收原料(W)的一部分以上是曝露于炉内的状态下,予以附着在黏性提高后的前述炉渣(S)上的制程、以及将附着在前述炉渣(S)上的前述资源回收原料(W),在前述旋转窑炉(2)内燃烧暨熔融的制程。; introducing an additive agent including SiO2as a main component to the rotary kiln to increase the viscosity of slug flowing along the inner wall of the rotary kiln, so that the slug whose viscosity is increased adheres to the objects to be recycled so as to expose at least the objects to be recycled on a surface of the inner wall of the rotary kiln; and burning/melting the objects to be recycled to which the slug adheres in the rotary kiln. |
