an oil phase wherein the primary oil among all oils in said oil phase is limonene; wherein up to about 40% by weight of all oils in said oil phase are selected from the group consisting of corn oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, and combinations thereof; beta-carotene in an amount between about 1% and about 5% by weight; and a surfactant portion of a quillaja extract in an amount between about 2.5% to about 20% by weight. |
