A display panel (1) with an electrostatic protection function, and an electronic device. The display panel (1) comprises an OLED light-emitting region (10), a scanning drive circuit (11) and a data drive circuit (12), wherein the OLED light-emitting region (10) comprises several pixel regions (101) distributed in an array, the scanning drive circuit (11) is connected to the OLED light-emitting region (10) by means of several fanned out scanning lines (SL), and the data drive circuit (12) is connected to the OLED light-emitting region (10) by means of several fanned out data lines (DL), wherein each data line (DL) is connected to a voltage point (VP) by means of a first organic light-emitting diode (D1), and each scanning line (SL) is connected to the voltage point (VP) by means of a second organic light-emitting diode (D2). The display panel (1) and the electronic device can greatly reduce the cost of electrostatic protection circuits and simplify the manufacturing process. |
