Disclosed is an interference control method, which relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and can alleviate the problem that the data transmission performance of a terminal device in a wireless network is reduced due to the fact that the power control technology is used to perform interference control. The method of the present invention comprises: determining an equivalent correlation coefficient between a signal of a first terminal device and an interference noise using a channel estimation result, the channel estimation result being a channel estimation result of an uplink channel used by the first terminal device; determining a relationship between the equivalent correlation coefficient and a pre-set threshold, if the equivalent correlation coefficient is greater than or equal to the maximum value of the pre-set threshold, then allocating a designated frequency resource to the first terminal device, wherein the designated frequency resource allocated to the first terminal device is different to a frequency resource used by a second terminal device.
