The present invention relates to a method for preparing galactooligosaccharides having high galactosyllactose content by using enzymes. To this end, the present invention provides a method for preparing a sugar solution containing 40 wt% of galactosyllactose comprising the steps of: dissolving lactose to water; adding one or more enzymes selected from 1) to 3) and beta-galactosidase into the lactose liquid and making an enzyme reaction; and purifying lactase, glucose oxidase, catalase, and the enzyme reaction solution. |
