An embodiment of the present invention provides a lapping structure between a cable and a housing, which is used for lapping at least one cable and a housing. The lapping structure between a cable and a housing comprises at least one lapping portion and at least one accommodating portion. The lapping portion and the cable are fixedly connected to and comprise a first boss. The accommodating portion is disposed in the housing and is provided with a first accommodating groove. The first boss is accommodated in the first accommodating groove to lap the cable and the housing. An embodiment of the present invention also provides an electronic device. In the present invention, a cable and a housing are lapped by using a first boss and a first accommodating groove, that is, the cable is not directly clamped and fixed by the housing, and accordingly, a damage to the cable is avoided, thereby solving the problem in the prior art that the cable is directly clamped and fixed by the housing and a damage occurs on the cable.
