<p>A UE in a Cell_DCH state receives an information element (IE) indicative of a change in access control information, and in response resets internally stored prior access control information. The resetting may for example include deleting the internally stored prior access control information, or replacing the internally stored prior access control information with changed access control information obtained via a network, or replacing the internally stored prior access control information with predetermined default access control information. The access control information may comprise domain specific access class (DSAC), paging permission with access control (PPAC) or access class barred list information. The information element may be sent as part of a radio resource control (RRC) message.</p> |
