Provided is a crystal oscillator, comprising: a voltage stabilization unit, a transconductance unit, a feedback transistor, a resonant crystal, and at least two grounding capacitors. The voltage stabilization unit comprises a current source and a first branch, the first branch comprising a PMOS and an NMOS that are successively connected in series, the source of the PMOS being connected to an output end of the current source, the gate of the PMOS being connected to the drain of the NMOS, and the source of the NMOS being grounded. The transconductance unit comprises a second branch, the second branch comprising a PMOS and an NMOS that are successively connected in series, the source of the PMOS being connected to an output end of the voltage stabilization unit, the gate of the PMOS and the gate of the NMOS being both connected to an input end of the resonant crystal and one end of the feedback transistor, and the drain of the PMOS and the drain of the NMOS being both connected to the output end of the resonant crystal and the other end of the feedback transistor. The at least two grounding capacitors are separately connected at the two sides of the resonant crystal and grounded. |
