In order to present users with information about goods and services that are difficult to provide and thereby minimize undue effort on the part of the users, a list presentation device according to the present invention generates list information which includes a plurality of items, each indicating a transaction subject, and which is transmitted to a first user, and obtains an item selected by the first user from among the plurality of items included in the list information, wherein if the first user selects a first item, which is one of the items included in the list information, then the list presentation device reduces a display priority stored in a storage means and associated with the transaction subject indicated by of a second item which has already been selected by the first user from among the items included in the list information, and generates new list information, which is transmitted to a second user, on the basis of a transmission request from the second user and the display priority stored in the storage means. |
