<p>Provided is an apparatus and method for utilizing the waste heat of a high-temperature flue gas. An apparatus for utilizing the waste heat of a high-temperature flue gas comprises a steam heating device (5), an activated gas mixer (6), a steam generator from waste heat of the flue gas (1), a recovery device for waste heat of activated coke (2), a heat preservation water tank (3), a heat storage tank (4) and a control cabinet (8). The high-temperature flue gas generated by an activated coke preparing unit (7) enters a flue gas chamber (11) of the steam heating device (5) to heat the steam in a steam heating tube bundle (12); the hot flue gas flowing out of the steam heating device (5) flows through the steam generator from waste heat of the flue gas (1) to heat the water therein, thereby generating steam, the steam being conveyed to the heat storage tank (4), and the cooled flue gas is discharged; the steam in the heat storage tank (4) flows into the steam heating device (5) when the activated coke preparing device (7) enters an activation stage, the saturated steam is heated into a high-temperature steam and delivered into the activated gas mixer (6), where the steam is mixed with the high-temperature flue gas, before being conveyed to the activated coke preparing unit (7) to complete the activation procedure; the prepared activated coke is sent to the recovery device for waste heat of activated coke (2) to heat the water in the cooling pipe thereof, and the heated water is sent to the heat preservation water tank (3), thereby cyclically heating the water in the heat preservation water tank (3).</p> |
