The present invention relates to kiosk terminals configured to dispense loan funds, and computer implemented methods and frameworks for processing transaction data and enabling determinations in relation to financial products. Embodiments of the invention have been particularly developed for enabling automated loan and/or rental determination based upon electronic banking records, with a particular example being a kiosk terminal configured to issue short term loans such as "payday loans".
