The present invention relates to a method in a transmitter for transmitting signals in the downlink of a cellular wireless communication system, said transmitter being arranged to transmit at least one synchronization signal used for cell search on at least one antenna port, and said transmitter being further arranged to transmit at least one another additional signal; the method being further comprising the step of: transmitting said at least one additional signal on said at least one antenna port.
