The present invention relates to a direct fire roaster using natural stones, and more specifically, to a direct fire roaster, wherein the meat can be direct-fire-roasted by gas flame flaring among the natural stones and far-infrared radiation heat of the natural stones heated red; the meat lard is prevented from being burned; and a delicately roasted meat is obtained by the far-infrared radiation heat generated from the natural stones, such that an external portion of the meat is not burned and an interior portion of the meat is well roasted while the meat juice is well maintained. According to characteristics of the present invention, an oil receiver groove (22) is formed around a central protrusion (21) of a support case (20); a fire mouth (10) of a gas burner is mounted through a hole formed in the protrusion (21) to burn the flame; a net case (40) in which natural stones (41) are placed is disposed above the fire mouth (10), and then heated; an iron net (50) is mounted on the net case (40) to uniformly diffuse the gas flame and induce complete burning, thereby preventing the fire show and soot; and a roasting plate (60) with flame holes (61) is disposed on the iron net (50). Thus, the meat is placed on the roasting plate (60) to be roasted. |
