摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a stereoscopic imaging method and a stereoscopic imaging system for providing visually comfortable three dimensional (3D) images. More specifically, the present invention relates to a stereoscopic imaging method and a stereoscopic imaging system for providing visually comfortable 3D images, in which imaging parameters can be automatically or simply adjusted when a stereoscopic image is photographed, thereby providing a visually comfortable characteristic for a user when the user views the 3D images. The present invention discloses a stereoscopic imaging method including the steps of (a) changing a convergence position or a focal length; (b) calculating a visually comfortable evaluation value for an image according to the changed convergence position or the focal length; and (c) determining whether the visually comfortable evaluation value satisfies a preset reference value. If the visually comfortable evaluation value does not satisfy the preset reference value, the steps (a) to (c) are repeated. If the visually comfortable evaluation value satisfies the preset reference value, the changed convergence position or the focal length is applied to a photographing work. When the stereoscopic image is photographed according to the present invention, the visual comfortability performance of the photographed image is evaluated, and the imaging parameters are automatically or simply adjusted using the visual comfortability performance, so that the visually comfortable characteristic of the visually comfortable can be improved. In addition, when the stereoscopic image is manufactured, a manual work and a re-work can be reduced, so that the manufacturing cost of the stereoscopic contents can be reduced.</p>
