Provided are a wireless communication system and communication terminal devices whereby in a case of a power failure occurring due to, for example, a large-scale disaster or the like, in order to prevent occurrence of an event that the communication terminals in charge of the system simultaneously start communications at an opportunity of power restoration and hence the system processing is congested, resulting in a trouble such as system failure, the communication timings of the communication terminal devices can be deconcentrated. A wireless communication system is characterized by performing a control to individually determine communication timings unique to the respective communication terminal devices in the wireless communication system by use of: reference timings referenced to the time commonly recognized by the communication terminal devices existing in the wireless communication network of the wireless communication system; parameters that associate the reference timings with the communication timings of the communication terminal devices in the wireless communication system; and IDs unique to the respective communication terminal devices in the wireless communication system. |
