An illumination light distribution module and an illumination lamp comprising the illumination light distribution module. The light distribution module comprises an LED light source (5), a light mixer and a lens (1). The light mixer is provided with a light mixing cavity, rays from the LED light source (5) pass through the light mixing cavity then through the lens (1) to be emitted out. The rays of the illumination lamp are more uniform and can effectively prevent the occurrence of a light spot.
