A ink-jet printing device comprises a base (1); a base stage (2), disposed on the base and being used for bearing a to-be-processed substrate (6) to move in a straight line on a surface of the base along a first direction; and an injection head component (3). The injection head component is disposed above the base stage and comprises an injection head support (31) and an injection head (32) arranged on one side, towards the base stage, of the injection head support. A nozzle (33) is provided in the injection head, and the injection head component can move in a straight line along the first direction. A raster manufacturing method is implemented by the ink-jet printing device. The ink-jet printing device and the raster manufacturing method are suitable for manufacturing a raster by using an ink-jet printing method. |
