A memory access method and a memory controller. The method comprises: according to a memory access request sent by an application program, accessing at least one memory particle contained in a memory particle group which is indicated by the memory access request. Since the memory particle in the memory particle group is determined by the application program according to a memory access bandwidth requirement, and different application programs have different memory access bandwidth requirements, the memory access requests sent by different application programs indicate at least one different memory particle, so that different application programs can access different memory particles respectively, so as to make a line buffer memory in the various memory particles have pages with different page addresses, thereby preventing a page conflict from occurring in all the memory particles, reducing the occurrence possibility of the page conflict and improving the efficiency of the memory access.
