<p>Provided are a telephone traffic access processing method, device and call center, the method comprising: when receiving a telephone traffic access request from a user requesting access to a call center, searching the call records pre-stored in a call log according to the incoming call identifier of the user, and determining the target call record of the user; according to the identifier of the customer representative recorded in the target call record, connecting the telephone traffic access request to the agent of the customer representative corresponding to the identifier. The present invention can make rapid contact with an original customer representative in a pre-stored call record when a user requests access to a call center, thus improving the operating efficiency of the call center and improving user satisfaction.</p> |
