The present invention provides a method, an apparatus and a device for information interaction between communications devices of different carriers to coordinate utilization of spectrum resources between the communications devices of the different carriers. The method comprises: a first carrier base station device receiving second carrier base station device coordination information reported through a listening coordination channel by a served user equipment, the coordination information comprising spectrum use information broadcasted by a second carrier base station device through the coordination channel; and the first carrier base station device requesting, according to the spectrum use information, the second carrier base station device to occupy a spectrum resource not currently used by the second carrier base station device. By using the method provided in the present invention, different carrier base station devices can make full use of temporarily idle spectrum resources of each other through negotiations, thereby maximizing the use of increasingly scarce spectrum resources. |
