According to the present invention, provided is an apparatus for storing gas hydrate pellets, comprising: a storage tank provided with an inlet into which gas hydrate pellets are inserted; a transport portion, formed at a lower portion of the storage tank, for transporting the inserted gas hydrate pellets to the outside of the storage tank; a rotary shaft formed inside the storage tank along the height-wise direction thereof; a plurality of dividing plates, which are coupled to the rotary shaft, for dividing the inside space of the storage tank, wherein lower portions of the dividing plates are formed higher than the top portion of the transport portion; extended plates respectively coupled to the bottom of each of the dividing plates so as to be vertically movable; and a guide portion, which is formed above the transport portion, for guiding the extended plates so that the extended plates can rotate by means of the rotation of the rotary shaft without interference from the transport portion.
