<p>The object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for the preparation of a biomass ultrafine powder. The device consists of a coarse crusher, a biomass-adapted ultrafine crusher, a pulse-jet baghouse dust collector, a double-plated feed valve, and an induced draught fan. The coarse crusher and the ultrafine crusher are connected by means of a pipeline; the ultrafine crusher is provided, from bottom to top, with a crushing chamber and a sorter; and the ultrafine crusher and the sorter are configured as an integral structure such that crushing and sorting may be continuous and synchronous. The beneficial effects of the present utility model are: a millstone in the crushing chamber crushes fed materials into a non-uniform powder; the sorter sorts said non-uniform powder into a fine powder conforming to a standard grain size and a coarse powder not conforming to said standard grain size, whereof said coarse powder, due to the weight thereof, falls back into the crushing chamber for further crushing, and said fine powder is fed, via the pipeline, into the pulse-jet baghouse dust collector by the sorter; the feed valve collects and outputs irregular crystalline powder for neat and easy sifting; the ultrafine crusher and the sorter are configured as an integral structure such that crushing and sorting may be continuous and synchronous; and dust-containing exhaust gas from said dust collector is discharged by the induced draught fan, greatly reducing pollution of the environment.</p> |
