The present invention relates to a medical connector for blood vessels junctions which is used for injecting a medicinal fluid into a patient or collecting blood, comprising: a case of which the front surface is connected with an infusion line; a one-stage packing portion which has a cut portion formed in the center part and is inserted into the front of the case; and a two-stage packing movement portion in which a protrusion part is coupled to the front surface thereof, an insertion long hole into which a needle is inserted is formed in the center part, and a part of the end of the protrusion part is inserted into the cut portion of the one-stage packing portion, and which is inserted into the back of the case. It is possible to secure the safety of a patient since a medicinal fluid can be safely injected in a vacuum state by preventing the entering of external air during injection, and medical staff can more safely and conveniently carry out an injection treatment since there is no inflow of harmful materials such as pulverized silicone particles and the like into a syringe needle.
