ADDITIVE COMPOSITION OF GYPSUM PLASTER WITH IMPROVED DISPERSIBILITY AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an additive composition for gypsum plaster containing cellulose ether and a surfactant, and to a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to an additive composition for gypsum plaster with improved dispersibility by having 45-94.99 wt% of cellulose ether particles with a particle size of 32-300 micrometers based on total weight of cellulose ether and to a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, the surfactant is added to the additive composition for gypsum plaster together with a cellulose surfactant in which particles size is adjusted to improve dispersibility of cellulose ether in the gypsum plaster, thereby reducing lumps. Moreover, the additive composition with improved dispersibility is used to gradually enforce the stickiness of gypsum plaster dough while construction is proceeded to reduce the speed of expressing viscosity, which reduces work efficiency, to increase the pot life.
