A double-sided display device and a preparation method for the double-sided display device. The double-sided display device comprises a first substrate (1) and a second substrate (2) which are arranged oppositely, wherein a transparent electrode and a reflecting electrode are arranged on the first substrate (1); a reflecting electrode opposite to the transparent electrode on the first substrate (1) and a transparent electrode opposite to the reflecting electrode on the first substrate (1) are arranged on the second substrate (2); a quantum light-emitting layer (8) is arranged between the opposite transparent electrode and the reflecting electrode; and the quantum light-emitting layer (8) is mixed with charge transmission particles and quantum dot luminescent materials (7). The double-sided display device has the advantages of being more portable, light weight, low price, etc.
