The invention relates to a tile for roofing buildings and is used in construction. The tile comprises a flat body (16) in the form of a parallelogram or a cut portion thereof having a front surface (12) and a rear surface (15). An upper fastener (2) and a lower fastener (7) are connected to the body (16). The upper fastener (2) protrudes over the front surface (12) in the direction of the horizontal axis (6), and the lower fastener (7) also protrudes in the direction of the horizontal axis (6) over the rear surface (15). At least one "ear" having at least one opening is formed towards the upper lateral walls (13) and (5) on the fastener (2). The tile is lightweight, does not break easily, can be mass produced, is fitted easily on a lightweight supporting roof structure, ensures effective sealing, thermal insulation and uptake of solar energy and makes it possible to reduce the cost of roof structures of buildings with an architectural design with a traditional style.
