<p>An artificial orbicularis oculi muscle for replacing an eye closing function of an orbicularis oculi muscle in an artificial facial nerve comprises a signal acquisition module, a control and processing module, an energy supply module, a pulse stimulation module, a south pole magnetic core coil, and north pole magnetic core coil. The signal acquisition module can acquire an electromyographic signal of eyelids on an unaffected side, and transferring the electromyographic signal to the control and processing module. The energy supply module supplies energy to the control and processing module. The control and processing module processes and analyzes the electromyographic signal, generates and transfers a stimulation pulse to the pulse stimulation module, triggers the pulse stimulation module to emit a current, drive the south pole magnetic core coil and the north pole magnetic core coil to attract each other, and drives an upper eyelid and a lower eyelid on an affected side to close. In the artificial orbicularis oculi muscle, based on a fact that most of facial expressions are symmetrically performed on two sides, an orbicularis oculi muscle on the unaffected side is used as a signal source, and eyelids on the affected side are closed by means of the driving of the south pole magnetic core coil and north pole magnetic core coil, thereby providing a new treatment means for maintaining the symmetry and consistency of the closing function of two-side eyelids of a patient losing an orbicularis oculi muscle function.</p> |
